How does it work?
There are different ways you can leverage my "Walk & Talk" Seller Consultation to benefit both your clients and your business.
Some Realtors pay for my Walk and Talk Seller Consultation as part of their level of service to their clients. This often results in higher commission rates.
Other Realtors may suggest that their clients use my Seller Consultation as part of their listing presentation and marketing plan.
Once I am hired on your listing, this is what to expect:
- Tell me about any potential concerns you may have about the property.
- I will address those concerns during the "Walk & Talk" Seller Consultation with your sellers and provide solutions.
- During the Consultation, I also go in great detail, room by room about what needs to be changed, how to change it and why...providing specific valuable suggestions.
- I will also provide the homeowner with the preparation timeline.
- I will inform you of what happened with the Consultation so you stay in control.
Leverage me to have those uncomfortable discussions with your sellers about what needs to be changed in their home to increase value and decrease days on market.
I have completed over 1,500 Consultations and there has never been a homeowner that did not appreciate their "to-do" list and found much satisfaction in being able to cross items off their list.
