What is the Goal?
The main objective in re-designing and staging your NJ home is to appeal to more buyers and especially the target buying population.
The average age of a seller is 57, and the average age of a buyer is 31. They look at houses very differently and the goal is to appeal to a younger buyer. Editing and re-arranging optimizes a property for sale (camera and buyer ready) and statistically selling it faster and at a higher price.

How much does it Cost?
Pricing is based on the number of living spaces to stage, size of the house, furniture type required based on the price point of the property and other factors. My fees are very competitive without sacrificing quality and service.
Option: Half Day Staging - Using as much of your property as possible, Stellar will add the necessary enhancements which include art work and accessories to appeal to the target buyer. Cost is $800 for up to 4 hours plus accessory rentals per month
